Task Analysis and Logistics Solution Calculation
We review the cargo parameters, shipment route, timelines, and the client’s requirements. We select the optimal mode of transport, route, and delivery format. When needed, we propose alternative solutions to reduce transit time and transportation costs.
Vehicle Selection and Route Planning
After the terms are agreed, we select the appropriate vehicle and build a logistics plan that takes into account route specifics, legal requirements, and cargo requirements. For international shipments, we also consider customs procedures and transit specifics.
Documentation and Support
We handle all required documentation, including transport and customs paperwork. We ensure documents are prepared correctly and on time to prevent delays and avoid additional costs for the client.
Shipment Monitoring and Client Updates
During delivery, we monitor the cargo’s movement and keep the client informed about the shipment status. This approach allows us to respond quickly to changes and maintain full transparency throughout the route.
Cargo Delivery and Completion
After the cargo arrives at the destination, we arrange handover to the consignee in a warehouse-to-warehouse or door-to-door format. The job is considered complete only after delivery is confirmed and all commitments to the client have been fulfilled.
